For whatever reason, all the mid week-shows I attended were packed, but excellent weekend shows were dead.
Local musician Herky Cutler played some of the new music from his CD “Love Is Like A Chicken,” at the Owl Acoustic Lounge, Aug. 19.
You could barely see him on stage as they turned off all the lights, but he played some originals as well as some classic rock covers like Tom Petty’s “I Won’t Back Down,” on acoustic guitar, backed by a drum machine, which he really didn’t need as he sounded great on his own.
