Plaid Tongued Devils kill with fantastic fiddle

 They didn’t have as many people as they usually do, but killed it anyway.

Much of it was due to charismatic frontman Ty Semaka and original fiddle player Jonathan Lewis, who had a big board of guitar effects hooked up to his custom designed electric violin.


 They put on a wild and entertaining performance of energetic, exotic klezmer/ gypsy/ upbeat pop and rock influenced music featuring fantastic fiddle, which had most of the audience on their feet or at the least tapping their toes.


 They turned one of my favourites “Help, I’m a Logo into what seemed like a 20 minute jam featuring solos from everybody.
