Argus playing the Eagles Hall, May 11. Photo By Richard AmeryLethbridge classic rock influenced original band Argus played a respectable first gig for an intimate crowd at the Eagles Hall, May 11.

I was only able to stay for a few songs including a couple covers including blues standard Hoochie Coochie Man and the Georgia Satellites‘ “Keep Your Hands To Yourself” plus a decent version of Pink Floyd’s “Comfortably Numb.

They also played a lots of blues and classic rock influenced originals including a couple upbeat foot stompers like “Down in Mississippi” plus a couple slower ballads.
