Chronobot and DIRT deliver volume and heavy riffs

E-mail Print PDF

Chronobot played Lethbridge, June 22. Photo by Richard AmeryLethbridge sludge rock/ stoner rock band DIRT returned to the Slice, June 22 to make a lot of good noise with Saskatoon’s Chronobot.
They delivered bone crushing riffs and waves of ear splitting feedback.

There was plenty of volume and catchy, heavy guitar riffs.
They played several new songs as well as a hot cover of the old UFO song “Rock Bottom.”DIRT’s Steve Martin and Garwin Poff. Photo by Richard Amery

I only caught the last couple songs from Chronobot, who were great deal more chaotic.

They also played a lot of big, loud detuned riffs and supplied their share of shrieking feedback.
