Zojo Black play the Rolling Stones and a lot of blues

It is always a good time when local blues rock band  Zojo Black play.

With two of Lethbridge’s most talented bluesmen Greg Gomola and Paul Kype, you are going to hear some excellent guitar playing.

Unfortunately  I only caught the last two songs of their last set  at Casino Lethbridge, Jan. 18, where they were holding court, Jan. 17 and 18.

The four band members were seated for the set I saw.

Gomola was winding up an excellent version of “ Under my Thumb,” as I arrived while he and Paul Kype rose to trade solos.
Kype finished off the night by singing an excellent version of “Can’t Always Get What You Want.”
