It was ’80s night at the Slice, Saturday , March 18 with classic rock band Lawless Murphy.

I just caught the last couple of songs of their show. They still had a decent  sized  crowd reliving the ’80s.

Frontman Cameron Clark was lost behind a bank of keyboards and a saxophone, belting out Loverboy’s “ The Kid Is Hot Tonight.”

Kevin Vezina laid down some hot guitar licks and Ryan Dyck provided a solid backbeat. Alex Thomson  locked in with him on bass.

They ended with one more Loverboy hit  “ Turn me Loose.”
