The event begins at 5 p.m. with a wine and cheese reception. Edmonton pop/ folk musician Paul Cournoyer stops by in the middle of his tour to play at 7 p.m. and there will be an art auction at 8 p.m. Dubord will be live painting to Cournoyer's music.
She has been living in Lethbridge for five years raising her three children.
She used to work in 3-D modelling and has worked on set and props for movies including “Dinosaurs.”
“ I was working on skin textures, so that has come through in my new works,” she said.
Anne Dubord's exhibition opens at 5 p.m., April 29.
