Gravity Crash
Gravity Crash is a Lethbridge rock band including Rob Morrison - Vocals & Guitar; Charlie Christensen- Bass Guitar & Vocals; Paul Melanson - Guitar & Vocals; Eric Hamilton- Drums, Percussion & Vocals
ifting their name from an 80's arcade game, Gravity Crash is emerging
as one of the most promising new rock bands in recent musical memory.
Their sound, distinct and fresh, pledges allegiance to everyone from
Iron Maiden and The Doors; to Stone Temple Pilots and Metallica.
Having a live show that explodes with energy and leaves a footprint
in the face of all things in it's way, Gravity Crash has spent most of
2011 writing and creating an assembly of new tunes as well as taking a
break now and then to hit the stage at numerous clubs and outdoor
festivals, including opening up for legendary rockers Nazareth on their
"Big Dogz Tour." This has given them a chance to further hone their
skills and craft, all the while connecting with seasoned musicians and
fans.
The chronicle of Gravity Crash is a twisted voyage through many years of very different lives. The four members have all grown musically throughout their many incarnations of local and not so local (Rob being Winnipeg, Paul from Sault Ste. Marie) bands throughout that time, but never the right combination that left that feeling of satisfaction they were striving for. Finally in the last two years, the sound was coming together as Rob, Charlie and Paul started to piece together the songs with then drummer, Jordan Wildeman. Eventually a turn of personal events would have Jordan move away to another province. Fortunately for them, a good friend of Charlies would eventually fill the throne. Eric’s precision, speed, and atypical style powered the bands songs forward into a new dimension and the band was finally complete.

Sacred Savage is an metal band from the Kainai Nation and have been playing under this name since 2010 with this lineup. The band was known as Dr Blood for most of the 90's and early 2K's. Sacred Savage has recently been writing and recording original metal tunes that touch on the tribal icons and history of the North American First Nation and has been drawn to the darker side of sonic imagery. The band's sound is a basic primal assault and desecration of the senses riding hard towards the heaviest of metal. Sacred because of the dedication to personal discipline and hard working personas and Savage because of the deadly intent and precision of clear minded warriors armed with modern music weaponry. S.S. is inferior to no one.......
