Local owners have injected new energy into the homegrown chophouse menu for all of Lethbridge to enjoy high atop the renovated water tower.  Intriguing steaks and seafood entrees, a daily ‘always vegetarian’ Chef’s risotto, bountiful salads, appetizers to amuse all of your senses and an indulgent dessert menu are all part of the new Cut & Char!

Open daily for dinner at 4:00 p.m., Cut & Char accepts reservations as well as more casual drop-ins for everyday or special occasions. It is an honour and a privilege to be part of daily life in Lethbridge and of all of your accomplishments and celebrations!
