Tarantüela blend blues and roots rock

E-mail Print PDF

Tarantuela brought a little bit of the blues and a lot of John Cougar Mellencamp roots rock to thTarantüela playing blues and roots music. Photo by Richard Amerye Slice, Nov. 1.

Unfortunately only a half dozen people were there to see it, though they were wildly enthusiastic about every song they played.

I caught their second set, which sounded like a more laid back Ross Neilsen with a touch of ’60s rock.

They played a little bit of country music, some laid back blues and had a whole lot of fun.
