“ We just released it  in Vancouver. It went great,” said Fricot of the CD release party.
He will be coming to Lethbridge to play the Owl Acoustic Lounge with fellow Vancouverite Hilary Grist, July 5.

He recorded the  CD with Warne Live who has worked with the likes of Matthew Good and Midnight Oil.

“It was a great experience,” he said.

“ He's somebody I really respect,” he continued.

He always enjoys playing with Hilary Grist
“ We’ve done a couple shows together on Vancouver Island,” he said adding their styles are a little different.

“She has more of a Feist and Regina Spektor sound. I have more of a Dave Matthews sound,” he said.

“ The show is really stripped down. I do both performances and there is some collaboration,” he said.

“It’s a lovely night of very well tempered music, he said adding he has been to Lethbridge once before to play a solo show at the Slice.

Later this year he will be touring Australia and Europe.
There is no cover for the show at the Owl Acoustic Lounge, July 5.
