"Feeling Good" is what music is about for Vancouverite Jason Poulsen. With a catchy acoustic style all his own, Jason's music is always delivered with a little hope and a lotta grove. Raised in Lethbridge, AB, Canada, Jason and his trusty acoustic guitar moved out to beautiful Vancouver B.C. to have their voices heard. Upon arrival, Jason made his foray into the studio resulting in a four song demo produced by Jim McLaren. Jason has also worked with Erik Olson and Evan Morgan in the studio and is currently composing new material for a full length album. Jason is always out and about in the Vancouver music community playing live or jamming on the beach!

Pow Navarro is a local talent who writes I like music and music likes me. I can't describe exactly what my music sounds like or where I think it's going to, but I can tell you where it has been. Not necessarily places where I had performed or people I performed to, but places where my music actually mattered.

It's been to my oversized bed that I used to pee in when I was 12. It's been to a lake right next to a dormant volcano. It's been to a living room of some girl I used to like but didn't like me. It's been to a busy road and helped me get enough money to take the bus home. It's been to my friends roof where we used to get drunk. It's been to church where people heard only what they wanted to hear. It's been to a big auditorium filled with blurry faces and applause. It's been to a smoky bar that was packed with my friends. It's been to an open mic where ears weren't as open as the mic was. It's been to an internet networking profile page. It's been to my friends' weddings. It's been to my friend's grave. It's been to my dad's 50th birthday and made him cry. It's been to my friend's porch during a college party. It's been to my lover's house when we were alone. And it's been to my room late at night when I feel like all is lost.

I feel like my music career has gone a long way from where it started. And now, I measure my accomplishments by how my music grows and not by how good it looks on a press kit. My music has been to a lot of places, places that have made me who I am. Though I have a life outside of music, it's hard not think that my music makes me live rather than survive.
