The Lethbridge Shelter and Resource Centre is hosting a fun family festival on July 30th, 2011. Opening Ceremonies start at 10:30. Festival goes until 3:00pm.
Everyone is Welcome! Donations are greatly appreciated!

There will be a lot of activities in Galt Gardens including face painting, live music, an astro jump and lots more. it is designed to raise awareness about homelessness and housing issues.

Shelter Me: Party in the Park is a one day festival hosted by a variety of social service agencies in Lethbridge. The purpose of this festival is to fill Galt Gardens with a positive event for the entire community while providing an opportunity for education regarding social issues. It is a day where all community members can come together in the park and share the space together.

There will be FREE kids activities (crafts, face painting, Astro Jump, games, etc). There will also be live entertainment, a dunk tank, art show and sale, open air market and a concession offering inexpensive hotdogs, pop, and chips.
