The laughter of Yuk Yuk’s Comedy Club will be on stage
in Joe’s Garage on Friday, June 6th. The show’s opener is Lisa Baker.
Lisa is a native of St. Johns Newfoundland and if you like the sound of
that down east accent you will love to listen to her. Lisa can see
the humor in any situation. She has been keeping her east coast
audiences in stitches for the past 4 years and is now doing the same out
west.
The evening’s headliner is Howie Miller. Howie is an
Edmontonian who is a descendant of the First Nations Cree tribe. His
quick wit and interesting point of view on ethnic stereotyping results
in a unique brand of comedy. He combines a hilarious routine with
stellar impressions to keep his audiences thoroughly engaged. He has
received acclaim across North America as a member of the group, Pow Wow
Comedy Jam.
