CHEER UP, IT’S TIME FOR YUK YUK’S

Lethbridge, AB. - Did the Christmas season get you down; do you need some cheering up? Then come on down to Average Joe’s Sports Bar on Friday January 2nd as the Yuk Yuk’s Comedy Tour returns to kick off another year.
Host Randy Webb will set the mood and help you settle in for a night of laughs to start off 2015 right. The opening comedian is Eric Steel. Eric’s comic roots are based on improv as he has performed for 10 years with The Improv Boys out of Edmonton. As well, he has criss crossed Canada for the past 6 years doing stand-up comedy. His brand of humour was good enough to win Edmonton’s So You Think Your Funny contest in 2009.
Marcus Beaubier is the evening’s headliner. He is a wickedly funny Newfoundlander now living in Alberta --- go figure. Marcus loves to rant and rave about pop culture, relationships, politics and many other hot topics. As well as stand-up comedy, he has been featured on CBC radio shows many times and has also appeared in 3 movies.
The Yuk Yuk’s show will start at 9:00 P.M. Advance tickets can be purchased for $10.00 on line at www.thejoe.ca or can be picked up at Average Joe’s, 420 – 6th street south. Tickets day of the show will be $15.00.
