Sarahtonen was formed in the fall of 2007. The band recorded their first 3 song demo under Adam Unser (All you can eat studios) in Regina. The demo would end up catching the eye of Efren Pereira Jr, the owner/operator of Starlab Recording Studios in Saskatoon. In January of 2009, Sarahtonen left home to record their debut album under Efren's guidence. "Baked Goods" features ten original tracks and one live recording. The band started touring in the spring of 2009 and will stay on the road promoting Baked Goods and tightening up their live show for the rest of the year. Work on their sophmore follow up has already begun.
