5thon 5th Youth Services is pleased to invite you to attend our very first ‘Frost & Flame’ – themed Fundraising Ball: a formal evening of gourmet food prepared by LA Chefs and Catering Services, live music & dancing, and the chance to win prizes!

This exciting event will take place on Friday, September 28th, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at the Coast Lethbridge Hotel & Conference Center.

The purpose of this event is to provide an opportunity for an elegant evening out, with all funds going directly to providing vital services for the next generation. Our goal is $10,000, towards keeping our employment center equipped to serve approximately 8,000 local youth per year.

The music for this exciting evening will be brought to you by Dated Delay!!

LA Chefs and Catering Services have customized a "Frost and Flame" menu for this eligant evening:

Appetizer Trio
Fire grilled prawn with béarnaise sauce.
Smoked salmon, lemon cream cheese, red pepper jelly, and crisp capers in a tomato cone.
Fire grilled pear, with creamy goat cheese on a crisp parmesan wafer.

Soup
Tomato Bisque – a delightful creamy satin bisque of fire roasted tomatoes & fire roasted red peppers.

Entrée
Sicilian Chicken Breast Supreme stuffed with sweet Italian sausage, artichoke hearts, and fotina cheese served atop mushroom ragout with roasted tomato coulis.

Dessert
Frost & Flame Torte – three layers of stunning red velvet filled, topped with silky cream cheese icing and finished with melt-in-your-mouth chocolate shavings. Served in a frosted martini glass.
