Looked upon as one of the most talented keyboardists in Canada, Collier is known for his work with The Jimmy Swift Band, Scientists of Sound, Slowcoaster and his own self-titled solo projects. As a professional musician, teacher, sound designer and producer, Collier has toured Canada, the U.S., Bermuda, and China. In the theatre, Collier has composed for companies such as Festival Antigonish, DMV Co-Op, Angels & Heroes, Workhouse Theatre, Dalhousie Theatre and recently for Kazan Co-Op’s world premiere of Daniel MacIvor’s script I, Animal . Collier collaboratively created the soundwalk Garden//Suburbia for Performance Studies International in 2010. Recent projects include I, Animal at Toronto’s Summerworks festival and Domestic Train Wreck, a performance collaboration for presentation at Performance Studies International 2012 in Leeds, England. Aaron lives with his husband in Lethbridge, Alberta.
