Friday is the dedication of the monument at 7pm imperial meadows, followed by walking tour and beer garden where Moondancer plays. Saturday August 10 is Pancake Breakfast for one loonie at community centre at 9am, parade at 11am, activities (lots) at miners park, followed by Pig Roast at 6pm, dance with the chevelles at 9pm. Tickets for the dinner and the dance are at the Town office - pre sales are best way to go.
