Welcome back to U of L literary magazine Whetstone.

 This is a party to celebrate the recreation of Whetstone, a literary magazine that was published through the university starting in 1971. It hasn't been published since the winter of 1999, so on the 10 year anniversary of going out of print we are reviving it - what great timing!

This event will include LIVE music, featuring local artists Jordan Clermont and Jesse and the Dandelions, as well as poetry and prose readings, and Whetstone editorial staff who will be available for questions and comments.

The evening begins at 9:00 PM at Henotic Restaurant and Lounge and the music and readings will go until 11:00 PM after which the regular DJ will take over and the partying will amp up! The cover is $2, come early and get your spots!
